Rolling Still Vodka

Vodka Martini Cocktail:

3oz Rolling Still Classic Vodka + 1oz of dry vermouth + 1 cup of ice cubes + 3 olives

Combine Rolling Still Vodka and dry vermouth in a cocktail mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with olives.

Rolling Still Lavender Infused Vodka

Lavender Vodka Lemonade:

2oz Vodka

1 oz simple syrup

Juice of 1 lemon

3/4 cup sparkling water

Fill all ingredients into a tall glass with ice and mix. Garnish with fresh mint.

Rolling Still Green/Red Chile Infused Vodka

Spicy Moscow Mule:

1 1/2 oz Rolling Still Green or Red Chile Infused Vodka

1/2 oz lime juice

ice cubes

1 lime wedge for garnish

Mix Vodka, lime juice in ice and garnish with lime wedge.

VARA Anejo Rum

Dark & Stormy:

2oz Anejo Rum

3/4oz lime juice

4-5oz ginger beer

Mix all ingredients into glass or copper mug. Best when garnished with lime.

Taylor Garrett Rye Whiskey

Perfect Rye Manhattan:

2 oz Taylor Garrett Rye
½ oz Vara Vermut Dulce
½ oz Vara Vermut Seco
2 dashes of bitters
Ice to chill

Combine all ingredients in a shaker or glass and stir until chilled. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a brandied cherry.

VARA High Desert Gin

Vara Martini:

2 ½ oz Vara Gin
¼ oz Vermut Seco

Shaken/stirred and strained into a martini glass and garnish with a twist of lemon or orange
